Returns Policy
Problems with the online Shopping Cart

Missing items
Are you missing an item in your order? Please let us know within 14 days of receiving the order and we will ship the missing item(s) to you at no charge. Email support[at]artifexshirts[dot]com. When you contact us, please give us any relevant information including confirmation number, name, and address.
Received wrong item
If you somehow received the wrong size or item, let us know. Email support[at]artifexshirts[dot]com within 14 days of the purchase date and mail it back to us within 30 days. We will cover the cost of shipping and after we receive it, we will send you the right item at our expense.
Did you order the wrong item or size?
You can mail back an unused, undamaged item at your expense and we will exchange it for the item you want. Shipping costs will still apply.

We at Artifex Shirts take your privacy very seriously. Below is our privacy and security policy. We also encourage you to check back, since we reserve the right to change these policies.
Is the site secure?
Yes. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Software which encrypts personal information.
Do we share your information?
No! We do not share your information with other companies for any reason. We know what it is like to have information shared, and we hate it! We would not share information even if we were triple-dog-dared or if our parents made us.

Why do some shirts cost more?
Shirts cost different amounts based on the cost of production. With the tshirts that are priced more, we donate the entire amount plus a little extra towards alternative energy projects.
What percentage of your shirts are organic?
Every single product we sell is organic.
Can I order over the phone?
Right now we are unable to take phone orders. Hopefully that will change as we grow. However, if you are having problems email us, and we will find a way to make it work.
Im an overseas costumer. Will you ship to me?
Unfortunately we are only shipping to US and Canadian customers.
How do the shirts fit?
Because they all come from the same producer, we have consistent fitting shirts. The run just as expected.

Would you make shirts to order or print shirts for my organization?

What shipping options do you offer?
At this time we only ship United States Postal Service standard.
I havent received my order yet. Has it been shipped?
If you have not received your order and believe you should have, please email support[at]artifexshirts[dot]com. But remember to allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.
